Coffee Ashtray

Japanese designer Ryohei Yoshiyuki created a rather interesting art concept. While the whole world is trying to move towards eco-design, the designer is to interpret this trend by creating an ashtray from the coffee grounds.

The idea of the designer, a smoking person is much more into coffee than a non-smoker. It has long been aware of the fact that coffee has a sufficient degree of absorption of odors.

Ash is created by welding ground coffee directly into the cup. The drink is consumed, it is placed thick in the cup, and then carefully dried and gets put on the table. Ashtray ready!

Smoking can extinguish a cigarette right in the thick of dried, thereby solving two problems at once: extinguish the cigarette and avoid the spreading the smell of cigarettes in the room. It is noteworthy that the designer reserves the right to unique authorship of any person, because each will have its own unique pattern of coffee grounds. Yet its development the author called "cup of coffee".
